Viewz by Danube is an off-plan multi-building project in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The twin-tower buildings will rise on either side of the main street in Cluster K, interlocked by a pair of sky bridges. The complex will feature studio, 1, 2 and 3-bed units and 3 to 5-bed sky villas, which can be booked with a 10% down payment. The project by Danube Properties is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.

It will be one of the first residential developments in Dubai with Aston Martin furnishing.
