Al Ramth is a sub-community in Remraam. The freehold project of Dubai Properties was launched in 2007. Construction work was started in 2008 and the developer started delivering apartments in 2011. Currently, there are 38 buildings, whereas a few more buildings are still under construction.
Remraam consists of two sub-communities, Al Ramth and Al Thamam. Both of them have a cluster of 76 Moorish style buildings. Remraam is the part of Dubailand. The residential community is located on the Emirates Road. The neighbourhood is also connected to Hessa Street at its northeast. Nearby residential communities are Mudon, DAMAC Hills and Golf City.
The ground floor of the building has a covered parking lot. Parking in Al Ramth 45, Dubai allocates one to two slots with apartments. Visitors and guest can use street parking outside the building.

Remraam is not well served by public transport. Yet, the community is connected to neighbouring areas via a network of roads. Residents have driving access to these areas. Currently, the availability of public transportation near Al Ramth 45, Dubai is limited.
