Zone 32 is a residential sub-community in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. It has direct access to well-established neighbourhoods and their facilities. Hospitals, schools and supermarkets are available within a short distance due to the network of streets that runs through the area.
Zone 32 connects well with Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road (E11) and Al Ain Road (E22), allowing convenient access to central Abu Dhabi. The area is bound by many streets, including Al Anwar Street and Al Thamoudi Street.

Zone 32 definitely takes the cake for the most affordable living in Abu Dhabi. However, the area doesn’t come with many facilities of its own. Residents will need to travel to the neighbouring areas for grocery shopping or dining.
