Zone 15 is a sub-community of Mohammed Bin Zayed City featuring villas in unique configurations. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Mosque in Zone 15 is an architectural wonder drawing inspiration from the Great Mosque of Samarra in Iraq. The mosque is clad in red terracotta tiles while the spiral 52-metre-long minaret is the key feature of the mosque. It is spread over an area of 2,800 sq. m. and can accommodate 5,450 worshippers at a time.

Christian community members can visit churches near Zone 15 within a 10-minute drive. These include The Armenian Church of Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Assembly of God Church. Both are two popular churches in Abu Dhabi located in the Mussafah area.

Ajyal International School in Zone 15 follows the National Curriculum of England for students from the Foundation Stage 1 to Year 13. The school was established by Bin Omeir Foundation in 2014 and currently, it has around 1,000 students and around 100 teachers and assistants.

Beach lovers will have to drive for around half an hour to visit some of the best public beaches in Abu Dhabi. These include Yas Beach, Corniche Beach and Saadiyat Beach.

Mangrove National Park is another leisure spot nearby that covers an area of 19 sq. km. of mangrove forests. It is home to around 60 different bird species, marine mammals, turtles and other sea creatures such as crabs, jellyfish and shellfish. The ecological asset of the emirate is protected by the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD).

Zone 15 is a well-equipped residential community offering education and healthcare facilities to residents. However, one can feel a bit tucked away as it lies far away from the main city.
