Zone 1 is located on the north-eastern side of Mohammed bin Zayed City. The parent community is named after the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and has a promising future. It has up to 17 zones amongst which Zone 1 is the first one. Located at about a 16-minute drive, Qasr Al Hosn is one of the major landmark existing since the 18th century and consists of a palace and a fort. Other fun-filled places in the area are Wahat Al Karama and Al Qana that are within a 10-minute drive.

The area undoubtedly has the potential to become one of the sought-after residences at affordable rates. Few things must be kept in mind before moving in. A huge part of the area is still under construction thus it may be a little disturbing for the residents. But this inconvenience is temporary and once the construction is complete the residents can enjoy an additional number of amenities.
