Water’s Edge is a waterfront community by Aldar Properties. It occupies a prime location on its own canal and an 800m promenade, right in the center of Yas Island. Most modes of transportation in Water’s Edge involve Al Falah road and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway. As for residents who travel via public transport, there’s an option to board the bus from Abu Dhabi Shahama Village bus stop, which is a 15-minute drive away.

Each apartment will have underground parking for multiple cars. Visitors will have separate parking spaces in Water’s Edge.

There are many supermarkets near Yas Water Edge. You can visit the Carrefour supermarket, which is only 7 minutes away. Waitrose Supermarket in Al Zeina is an 8-minute drive away from the sub-community. One can also visit the Easy Way Supermarket LLC, located at a distance of 9 minutes from Water’s Edge.

There are three mosques near Water’s Edge. The first is a small mosque in Yas Mall. The second is the Ansam Residence Mosque, located at an 11-minute drive away from the sub-community. You can also visit West Yas Mosque which a larger mosque compared to others and is preferred for Jumma prayer. It is an 11-minute drive away from the neighbourhood.

Christian residents would have to travel to Mussafah community to visit the churches. Some churches near Water’s Edge include All Saints Anglican Church and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
