KIDS’ DALE

A 13,000 sq. m. Kids’ Dale facility will feature an amphitheatre space, an archaeological-themed play area and a rock-climbing facility. It will offer an ideal space to engage and entertain children.

SPORTS VILLAGE

This off-plan development will also have a 25,000 sq. m. Sports Village with amenities like bicycle and running tracks, sports courts and an outdoor gym.

Velora at The Valley Phase 2 will feature pocket parks, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a paddle court, basketball courts, a junior soccer pitch, a skate park and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Residents can also benefit from a yoga and meditation area, a sunken recreation lawn, a stormwater pond, a nature-themed play area, the community orchard and a flower farm.
