Hezaiwah and Al Atheab UAQ are adjacent to Umm Al Thuoob. Al Rafaah is also in the vicinity. Apart from its immediate neighbours, Al Bogh, Al Door and Shanteer are in proximity.

The closest shopping mall near Umm Al Thuoob is China Mall UAQ in Al Atheab. Other shopping malls nearby are City Mall and the Mall of UAQ.
