The Views Community Dubai features buildings that come with luxury amenities. It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) close to Emirates Golf Club, restaurants, universities and five-star hotels. There are also many communal facilities such as landscaped swimming pools, parks, barbecue areas and more.
The Views Community Dubai features apartments in studio to 3-bedroom units. These residential units are aesthetically designed units located around an artificial lake. These apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen and master bedrooms with well-fitted bathrooms. Each building offers full views of the golf course, the canal or the lake.
One can find modern villas in The Views, in the gated communities of Golf Villas and Canal Villas. These villas come in 2 to 4-bedroom units to choose from. Each unit has a fully fitted open kitchen, bright and spacious living room and dining room with access to a large balcony. The master bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The Views residents will have to mainly rely on the amenities in The Greens area. The Greens area is easily reachable by using the crossing on the lake that separates the 2 areas. The main supermarket in this area is the Choitrams in The Greens, it houses the regular items as well as a few imported delicacies. Other supermarkets include the Asian marts: QKO Asian market and 1004 Gourmet, both offer items from the far east.
For those looking to eat healthily will easily find the Organic Foods supermarket (which also has a cafe).
There is a single mosque in the area. The residents will have to head to The Greens mosque which is connected to the community centre. It is a resident favourite due to its hosting many community events and is extremely well maintained.
The Fellowship Church in neighbouring Barsha Heights is just under 10 minutes away, otherwise, you can also head to St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Oud Mehta just 20 minutes away.
Hindu residents will have to travel a bit farther, the nearest Hindu temple is in Jebel Ali a 15-minute drive from the community.
For young children, there are a few nurseries nearby, the Jumeirah International Nursery and Gardenia Nursery and in the community itself.
Other options are available in the nearby Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) communities. For older school-going children, there is the Regent International Private School which is in The Greens. It offers the UK National Curriculum, as well as IGCSE and A / AS levels at the secondary stage.
Otherwise, the GEMS World Academy is another option, although it is on the pricer side in terms of school tuition. It offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) system until Year 12.
One of the best things about living in The Views Dubai is the close proximity to the American University in Dubai. It is located near Dubai Internet City and is amongst the top universities in Dubai. The many universities part of Dubai Knowledge Village are also just 5 minutes away and are accessible by the tram station.
The Views is close to some of the best hospitals in Al Barsha such as Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital. There are multiple clinics in Barsha Heights which are under 5-minutes away. This includes GMC Clinics Centre, Prime Medical Centre and Hydro Medical Centre.
Neighbouring The Views is its sister community The Greens on the right and Emirates Hills on the left.
Barsha Heights, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City are all reachable within 10 minutes.

The closest mall to The Views would be the souk/community centre in The Greens. It has a range of restaurants, retail shops, supermarkets etc. If you’re after a shopping spree you would be better off heading to either Mall of the Emirates or Ibn Battuta Mall. Both of these options are nearby and have a wide selection of stores across many different categories.
There are quite a few casual dining restaurants in the area, most of them are part of The Greens souk. There is Wagamama, Mashawi, Francesco’s Pizza and Nando’s. Apart from these, there are fast food outlets and cafes in the community that will deliver home.
You could also head to neighbouring Barsha Heights which has an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, supermarkets and nightclubs.
There is no beach for those living in The Views Dubai but if you would just like to go for a swim you can visit one of the communal swimming pools in the area. Most buildings come with access to infinity pools.
The closest beach to The Views would be the public beach part of the JBR. It has many amenities for both kids and adults to enjoy, with an outdoor gym, playgrounds, sun decks, walking tracks and more.
There is the newly opened hotel: Zabeel House by Jumeirah Group, located within the community. All the rooms are retro-themed with quirky items having dual functionality. It has its own restaurants, licensed bars and co-working space.
Dubai Moving Image Museum is another landmark to visit nearby, this museum showcases the history of moving images, starting from the single frame all the way up to the age of cinema. There is also a gift shop with unique items and trinkets that collectors or fan of videography will love.
For those looking at a good round of golf will be pleased that the Emirates Golf Club is right next door to The Greens. It is a 36-hole golf course and is the first grass golf club to be built in the Middle East. It has a clubhouse, restaurants and golf academy open for residents to visit, it is also open to hosting events.
Otherwise, you could visit the Jebel Ali Racecourse which is under 10 minutes away from the area. It hosts 6 horse races per afternoon and can host up to 2000 people. Both venues are open for private and public events.
Green spaces and lush gardens are a focal point for this neighbourhood. Despite being located in the heart of the commercial city it is filled with greenery, leading to a communal environment enjoyed by all. The Lake in The Views is a place for the entire community to get together. Here you can see people walking their dogs while others will be having a picnic or taking a leisurely stroll.
For those looking for gyms will not find stand-alone gyms. Apartment complexes here do come with gyms in the buildings itself. You will also find jogging and walking tracks, tennis courts (these needs to be pre-booked) and courtyards.
Nearby spas and salons include the Tips and Toes and Caractere Salon in the community’s Panorama Complex. There are other well-known establishments in close proximity in Barsha Heights and JLT.
For community events, residents will have to head down to The Greens Community Centre for all events. They have local events such as National Day, Eid, etc as well as those for different faiths such as Christmas, Diwali and more. The Centre also hosts activities for both kids and adults to enjoy.
Something different for Dubai is the community garden known as The Backyard located in The Greens. It is located close to those living in The Views and it grows 41 different types of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. It is open to visitors and gardeners of all ages.
For residents, there is a Facebook group called “**Dubai – The Greens ( The Views )**” which discusses all facilities and issues within the community.
The Views Dubai is a newer development leading to higher quality properties compared to The Greens it is however priced on the higher end and thus this might be a deal breaker for some.
