PAYMENT PLAN

IMKAN Properties offers three flexible plans with a 5% advance payment.

  • Payment till completion plan
  • 4-year payment plan
  • 6-year payment plan

The rest of the total amount will be divided into instalments during construction and after or at the time of handover. The buyer will pay 15% during construction and 80% after the handover in the first payment plan.

In the other two payment plans, buyers need to pay 35% during construction and 60% after the handover in the form of instalments. There are 6 semi-annual instalments for the 4-year payment plan and 10 instalments for the 6-year payment plan.
