Dubai Technology Park, now known as Dubai National Industries Park (NIP), is an industrial park and a mainland zone in the UAE. Part of the DP World UAE, this technological hub is located within the logistics and industrial sector of Dubai, nearby the port of Jebel Ali.

NIP was established to enhance technological development and prosper the trade and manufacturing sector. The industrial hub spreads over 21 million sq. km. home to over 300 SMEs. National Industries Park, Dubai, was formed in 2003 per the decree issued by the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
