Muhaisnah 3

A popular trading centre in the north-eastern region of Dubai, Deira has many mixed-use projects and Muhaisnah is one of them. Connected to E311, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, Muhaisnah is one of the few areas on Dubai-Sharjah border. Phase 2 of the community is mostly dedicated to staff homes, therefore, one can expect to build a nice social circle. Moving to Muhaisnah 3 would cut down travel time and road congestion, as well as the cost of living. It is one of the top areas near DAFZA metro stations also popular for offering affordable rents.

As for other places of worship near Muhaisnah 3, a few churches are close-by. You will have to drive towards Oud Metha Road or Al Nahda. There, you will find Saint Mary’s Catholic Church and Apostolic Church.

Whereas, the nearest temple would also be 25 minutes away on Al Fahidi Street, opposite Dubai Museum.

Also nearby, Madina Mall is on D62 Beirut Street. Whereas, LuLu Village is in Muhaisnah 4 right next to the sub-community.
