MAG Eye is a mixed-use community in MBR City offering an urban lifestyle. The gated community is strategically located a few minutes from notable landmarks in the city, popular recreational facilities and retail spaces. Moreover, the community has direct access to Meydan Road (D69), connecting it with Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) in a short drive.

The mixed-use development includes the construction of high-rise apartment buildings and a row of townhouses in 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts.
The cluster of apartment buildings is on the northern side, featuring studios and 1-bedroom flats. Each building offers 24-hour security, a shared parking facility and other communal facilities such as a pool and garden. Open spaces and walking tracks are also added among these apartment complexes so residents can easily roam around the community. Moreover, the four buildings at the top of the community are arranged to make the letter ‘M’ when viewed from any angle.
On the other hand, townhouses are set on the southern side in 44 rows. These two-storey townhouses come with quality finishing and furnishings. The community parks and playgrounds are set in the centre of these rows for easy accessibility. Other community features include a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a mosque, a sports court and a boulevard.
