Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is a freehold community developed by Nakheel Properties. Housing more than 5,000 residential properties, it is divided into nine districts. Part of it is District 2, which has eleven blocks, situated towards the western side of the community. Right next to Tulip Street, it features 90 ready-to-move-in villas. Some of these villas make up Block B of District 2, called District 2B.
The area allows easy access to main roads, as the streets connect to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44) within a span of a few minutes. This connection makes it easy for residents to visit other parts of the emirate.

All of these are situated right within the borders of the Jumeirah Village Triangle and accessible within a walking distance from District 2B. JVT community mosque is at approximately a 5-minute walking distance from District 2B. Residents can also go to the mosques in neighbouring communities including Jumeirah Park Mosque which is 6-minutes away, Samad Mosque, 10-minutes away and Al Wahhab Mosque, 12-minutes away.
