TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACES IN Coursetia

Those who drive can access Jebel Ali Lehbab Road (E77) in around 9 to 10 minutes. The route further connects to Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66) and driving farther leads to Emirates Road (E611) from where one can easily connect to the mainland. Also, the properties will feature dedicated porches so residents can easily find parking spaces in Coursetia.

Public Transportation in Coursetia

As for public transportation near Coursetia, there are a few bus stations on Al Ain Road but one may have to drive or hire a cab to reach there. The closest ones are Umm Nahad Station 1 and 2, at a 12-minute drive. Bus 66 and 67 stop there and connect to the key areas of Dubai like Arabian Ranches, Dubai Investments Park (DIP) and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Residents can head to Carrefour Hypermarket, which is a 6-minute short drive from Coursetia Villas for grocery shopping. MMic Store and Soor Al Madina Supermarket are also accessible in 12 to 14 minutes.

MOSQUES near Coursetia

Some prayer areas will be developed for the Muslim residents in the cluster. As of now, Abdullah Mosque Umm Nahad is a mosque near Coursetia. Sheikh Khalifa Mosque is 11 minutes away.

Nurseries and SCHOOLS near Coursetia

Educational facilities have not yet been developed in Akoya Oxygen. Some nursery schools in Arabian Ranches are the closest options as of now. These include:
