Al Waha is a mostly developed area consisting of large villas. It suits those expats who are looking for big houses at affordable prices than those offered in central Dubai. However, the community is on the outskirts of New Dubai that makes it seem far from many districts. Public transport is also inconvenient to use as the bus stops are far away. This should change in the future as the community matures.
