Al Mowaihat 1

Al Mowaihat 1 is one of the three sub-communities of Al Mowaihat located in the southernmost part of Ajman. Since the sub-community is still undergoing construction, most new developments will comprise modern amenities. One can find apartments and villas at affordable rates.  To the immediate south is the Al Tallah community and Al Rawda while to the north, Ajman Industrial Area 1 is located.
