The first zone of Al Mamsha Sharjah is Souk, further divided into two phases; Souk Retail and Souk Residential. It consists of thirty-three apartment buildings with architecture inspired by old souks in Sharjah and offers ready-to-move studios and 1 to 3-bedroom units. Moreover, this zone has a range of retail and F&B outlets of renowned international brands. These include Earth Supermarket, BinSina Pharmacy, Toga Coffee and Amoodi’s Creamery. Seerah features ten apartment buildings named Sawa and Suroor. There are four buildings in each phase offering 1 to 3-bedroom apartments. The residential buildings in Zone 2 of Al Mamsha have smart homes with innovative features and amenities. It also has a wide range of sports facilities, walking trails, retail outlets and dining options.
The third zone Raseel in Al Mamsha Sharjah, has a cluster of thirteen apartment buildings divided into three phases named Darb, Nama and Hamsa.
