Al Juraina 3, Sharjah

Al Juraina 3 is one of the four residential sub-communities of Al Juraina located in Sharjah. It consists of vast residential villas. The community is directly linked with Al Maliha Road on the southern side and lies in proximity to Sharjah International Airport and the University City of Sharjah.

Al Juraina 3 is surrounded by other sub-communities of Al-Juraina along with the communities of Al Gharayen and Al Noaf. There are expansive compounds and grounds along with villas and low-rise buildings. The community is equipped with all the basic amenities required for a living. There are notable spots nearby for leisure activities and various kinds of restaurants, eateries and museums.

It is a suburban community, lies just 10-minutes far from the E311 highway, which connects Sharjah with Dubai. It consists of spacious residential properties and a few commercial properties with parks and empty plots. The built-up areas of the villas for rent in Al Juraina 3 start from 5,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. Each villa has bedrooms with attached bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a garage and two storeys.

The nearest bus stop is at Al Maliha Road, a 10-minute drive from the community. Residents can utilize taxi services for an easy commute.

Spinneys and Carrefour are famous superstore chains operating in the UAE. Both of these have an outlet 6-minutes away from the community and are counted as the best supermarkets in Sharjah. Other supermarkets near Al Juraina 3 Sharjah are Safari Hypermarket, Shabab Al Qaraien Supermarket and Ghaimah Grocery.

Al Awwabeen Mosque is located in the community. It has a separate prayer area for women. The famous Sharjah Mosque is within a 13-minute reach of the community. It can accommodate 25,000 people at a time, making it the biggest mosque in the UAE. Other mosques near Al Juraina 3 Sharjah are Khalil Al Rahman Mosque, Sharjah University Mosque and Al Siddeqeen Mosque.

Al Yarmook area is 20-minutes away from the community and it acts as a hub for churches in Sharjah. Some of the churches located in Al Yarmook are the Church of St Thomas, St. Martin’s Anglican Church and Church Of The Living God.

Various schools are located within a 6-minute drive from the community including the American School of Creative Science (ASCS), Australian International School and Sharjah English School.

ASCS offers an American curriculum affiliated with NEASC and UAE national education for Arabic, Islamic and Social Studies. Sharjah English School is a not-for-profit best British school in Sharjah. Other schools near Al Juraina 3 are Al Rushed American Private School, GEMS Cambridge International Private School and Pace British School.

Families with children aged between 2 and 4 can go to Delma Nursery. It is just 13-minutes away from the community and offers an EYFS curriculum.

The community is linked to the University City of Sharjah on the west. There are up to 20 different educational institutions including some of the best universities in Sharjah.

Al Qassimi Hospital is just 16-minutes away. It is managed by a government organisation called Emirates Health Services and provides a wide range of medical assistance. Medcare Hospital is another hospital near the vicinity and is one of the top hospitals in Sharjah. They have a live telemedicine consultation program entitled teleMedcare through which patients can take medical assistance at the ease of their homes. Right Health Clinic, Advanced Care Clinic and Al Noor Polyclinic are located within a 17-minute reach by car.

Zero 6 Mall and Matajer Mall are two big malls located in the parent community. Both the malls have various designer stores, brand outlets, restaurants and entertainment activities. Zero 6 Mall is regarded as one of the best malls in Sharjah.

Other malls near Al Juraina 3 Sharjah are City Centre Al Zahia, Safeer Mall Sharjah and Sahara Centre Shopping Mall.

Black Salt Restaurant and Crave Restaurant are just 15-minutes away and offer a variety of dishes, especially fusion cuisines. Black Salt Restaurant is one of the best upscale restaurants in Sharjah, specialising in molecular gastronomy.

Apart from the high-end restaurants, there are several budget-friendly eateries and cafes in proximity. Jimmy’s Shack offers a variety of American fast food, Maraheb Restaurant specialising in Arabic cuisine and Paper Fig Desserts for individuals with a sweet tooth.

It takes 20-minutes to reach the shoreline of Sharjah from the community.  Several public beaches are open for residents and tourists including Al Mamzar Beach, Al Khan Beach and Al Fisht Beach.

Al Khan Beach is one of the best beaches in Sharjah and boasts a public library, tennis court and volleyball. It offers various water-based activities like kayaking, parasailing and banana boat rides.

Sharjah Cricket Stadium is just 20-minutes away from the community. Built-in the early 1980s, it is famous as the home of cricket in the UAE.

Sharjah Science Museum is another tourist attraction near Al Juraina 3. This place is great for kids and science enthusiasts. There are over 50 exhibits on display and a planetarium. Kids can attend various workshops organised by the Sharjah Science Museum.

Al Noor Island is located at a distance of 20-minutes from the community. It is a popular spot due to various attractions, making it a great place to spend your weekend. Al Noor island houses a butterfly house, literature pavilion, landscaped gardens and sculptures.

Fitness First is a chain of top gyms in Sharjah located a short drive away from the community. It has a ladies-only gym in Zero 6 mall, called Fitness First Zero 6 where they can go for any of the fitness classes like Zumba, Yoga etc. For people fond of swimming, there is a swimming academy in the gym.

Other gyms near Al Juraina 3 are Al Majaz gym and Olympia gym, which are among the cheapest gyms in Sharjah in terms of affordability.

Al Juraina 3 is a quiet suburban area in Sharjah. The community is best for people who like open wide spaces in the house. Residential properties have large compounds, making them great for outdoor activities like sports, BBQ nights and bonfires. Due to wide streets, Residents will primarily not face traffic congestion.
