Residents searching for medical assistance can head to Max Medical Clinic within a 12-minute drive. It is a multi-speciality clinic situated near Al Fayah Road. Other clinics near Al Ghadeer Phase 2 are Access Clinic DIC and Dulsco Medical Clinic.

Al Ghadeer Phase 2 is close to Dubai – Abu Dhabi border. Residents can easily access the residential and commercial districts of both emirates. Towards the east lie Dubai Industrial City and Al Maktoum International Airport, while Ghantoot is on the western side of the sub-district. Other nearby areas include Al Jurf and Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD).

Sapphire Mall in Dubai Industrial City is the nearest shopping facility for community members. It is home to supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, and other convenience stores. The shopping mall is located a 10-minute drive away. Towards the north lies Ibn Battuta Mall featuring six zones with around 500 shops, F&B outlets and entertainment options. It will take a half an hour drive to reach the mall. Another shopping mall near Al Ghadeer Phase 2 is The Outlet Village Mall, accessible within a 20-minute drive.

Residents can also enjoy dining at F&B outlets in Dubai Outlet Village. Popular ones include Urban Seafood, Big Fernand, Project Pie and P.F Chang’s.

Residents will have to drive for around half an hour or more to visit the coastline. However, the nearest picnic spot for them is Jebel Ali Beach. It is a public beach where you can go camping and enjoy water sports activities.

Dubai Parks and Resorts is a popular leisure attraction featuring three theme parks and a water park. Motiongate Dubai is a Hollywood-inspired theme park, whereas Legoland and Legoland Waterpark are perfect for children and adults. Third on the list is Bollywood Parks famous among Indian film industry fans. It is situated a 15-minute drive away on Sheikh Zayed Road near Jebel Ali.

Those interested in polo and equestrian games can head to Ghantoot Polo and Racing Club in a 20-minute drive. Besides polo fields and ponies, the facility also features a fitness centre and dining options for visitors.

The residential community will feature a range of recreational facilities such as running and cycling tracks, a fully-equipped gymnasium and community pools and gardens. The gardens in the neighbourhood will be lightened with solar-powered lights. Other facilities include community centres and multi-purpose sports areas.

Ghantoot Polo Racing Club hosts several sporting events throughout the year, in which you can participate. Otherwise, Dubai Parks and Resorts is also nearby, known for cultural festivals.

Al Ghadeer Phase 2 Abu Dhabi is the upcoming eco-friendly residential development that will feature an abundance of amenities and facilities. However, moving to Al Ghadeer might not be suitable for those relying on public transportation is not yet available.
