Property Details:
This 190-sqm apartment is located on the 22nd floor with an elevator. There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

All bedrooms are street facing. The first three bedroom are furnished with king size beds. The maids room is furnished with a bunk bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has three full bathrooms. The first and the second bathrooms are en-suite to the first and the second bedrooms with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The third bathroom is accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
