For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
The Space
Furnished with bespoke pieces that have been designed for optimal utility and quality alike, the living space features a TV viewing & lounge space with a large sofa and accompanying side chairs. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner either at the apartment’s exquisite dining table to seat four, or on the furnished balcony for a bite with a view. The kitchen contains stunning marble countertops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee machine for your convenience.
Master Bedroom
In keeping with the apartment’s high-end interior, the dark wood and gold edging are brought through to the generously sized master suite. The soft off-white bedding and upmarket mattress ensure a dream-filled night for its guests. There are fitted wardrobes and fully dressed windows with air-conditioning throughout.
Guest Access
As part of a luxury hotel, the guests are also awarded the same experience with access to landscaped gardens, roof terraces, swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis, and a fully equipped gym. Guests also get access to the beach right on their doorstep!

Our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we’re always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We’re happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels such as the renowned ‘Atlantis the Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
