Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards/keys in good condition upon your checkout. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED200.00
