- The first and second bedrooms have a king-size bed with a comfortable soft mattress.
- The third bedroom has two single beds with comfortable mattresses.
- In all our apartments you will be provided with top quality bed linen, a menu of pillows (soft, hard, orthopaedic) and for extra protection of the pillows we use covers in addition to pillowcases.
- Living room with sofa and dining table. The sofa can be used as an extra bed.
- Guest toilets
- Blackout curtains in all rooms to protect your sleep from the sunrise.
- 65-inch 4K smart TV with lots of TV channels
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances: coffee maker, dishwasher, electric grill, gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.
- Balcony with lounge furniture and high fences to keep even the youngest guests safe.
- High speed internet access
- Washing machine in the apartment
- Our apartments are equipped with a cot, high chair, plastic utensils for children, potty and height adjustable stand in the bathroom.

Guests will also have access to all of the facilities of the building.

- All utilities included (electricity, water, high speed internet, TV with cable, air conditioning/fridge)
- Access to all building/community amenities for residents such as pool and gym.
- Support services are just a call away.
- Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00PM onwards and check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply!
- Guest Registration
Please kindly provide passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security.
Additional services:
1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.
