Booking Charges
• One time check out cleaning charge of 300 AED should be paid additional to the total price.
• Daily Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee of 15 AED should be added to the price.
• Security deposit (2,500. - AED) must be paid before accessing the property. Security deposit is refundable at check out.
Guest access
Apartment Access / Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is before 11 AM.
• Early check-in (from 9 AM), subject to availability with no additional cost.
• Late check-out (before 1 PM), subject to availability with no additional cost.
• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access pass to the building.
Other things to note
Cleaning & house-keeping
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post check-out cleaning only.
• If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.
• If you require the sofa beds to be made up please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.
Additional Services
• Portable bed is available (80cm x 190cm) upon request with additional cost.
• 32 inch 4K computer monitor and laser jet printer are available for rental. Reach us for additional equipment rental services.
• Airport pickup services are available with additional cost. Please reach us for details.
• Grocery & food deliveries are provided by the groceries and restaurants in the neighborhood.
