Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. If the smell of smoke is detectable on the premises, we will charge a non-negotiable penalty of AED1000 to fumigate the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
All guests must submit their passport copies per Dubai Tourism Rules and Regulations. Guests must do this before their stay at the residence.
Refusal to submit a passport or any means of identification will be subject to denial of the guest/s check-in.
Don’t give the key or access card to anyone who is not a Checked In guest. A non-negotiable penalty of AED500 for each lost access card or AED250 key to cover the replacement cost.
