Rate & Agreement’s T&Cs;

For pre-payment of 3 consecutive months, Aed. 250 per month(total Aed. 750) will be discounted on the total price of 3 months.
A supplement of AED 500 per 30 nights will be applicable for double occupancy rooms.
A one-time supplement of AED 500 will be applicable on the night of 31st Dec 2024.
The stated rates are inclusive of all the taxes, fees and Tourism Dirham(TD).
Long stay rates are always dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.
Pre-payment is required for the entire contracted period. For two months and above, we require the first month full payment in advance plus 25% of the remaining amount for following months contracted. Remaining 75% of the following months rate, to be paid at the beginning of every month.
Security deposit of AED 500 which us refundable upon check out is applicable for one month’s bookings.
Security deposit of half month’s rent is applicable for bookings more than one month.
In case of early termination of the contract, one month’s rent + security deposit is non-refundable.
This offer is valid for 3 days from the issue date, Contract needs to be signed and paid for within 3 days of date of issue. Rooms and rates are subject to change if this is not followed.
