The context of Park Lane Tower breaks into two distinct layers, the low-rise vernacular foreground, and the high-rise contemporary background. It is now considered iconic because it is the second property in Dubai where the hotel starts from the 20th floor. It is just next to the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa.
