Cayan Tower is a 73-storey residential building in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The project was developed by The Cayan Group through its subsidiary Cayan Investment & Development. Construction began in May 2006 and was completed by May 2013. It is also known as ‘Twisting Tower’. Cayan Tower comprises a mix of studios, one- , two- , three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses and duplexes. The master developer is Emaar Properties. The architectural consultant was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. According to the Land Department, the project was valued at AED 832,487,000 (USD 226.6m).
Additional information
- Amenities include an outdoor infinity pool and whirlpool, a children’s play area, a fully equipped gymnasium, a world-class spa, massage rooms and a nursery.
