Rate & Agreement’s T&Cs;
- For pre-payment of 3 consecutive months, Aed. 250 per month(total Aed. 750) will be discounted on the total price of 3 months.
- A supplement of AED 500 per 30 nights will be applicable for double occupancy rooms.
- A one-time supplement of AED 500 will be applicable on the night of 31st Dec 2024.
- The stated rates are inclusive of all the taxes, fees and Tourism Dirham(TD).
- Long stay rates are always dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.
- Pre-payment is required for the entire contracted period. For two months and above, we require the first month full payment in advance plus 25% of the remaining amount for following months contracted. Remaining 75% of the following months rate, to be paid at the beginning of every month.
- Security deposit of AED 500 which us refundable upon check out is applicable for one month’s bookings.
- Security deposit of half month’s rent is applicable for bookings more than one month.
- In case of early termination of the contract, one month’s rent + security deposit is non-refundable.
- This offer is valid for 3 days from the issue date, Contract needs to be signed and paid for within 3 days of date of issue. Rooms and rates are subject to change if this is not followed.

- Inclusive of 24hrs free internet access in the room & public areas.
- Inclusive of Coffee & Tea amenities & Bathroom amenities replenished once a week.
- Includes free self-parking for one car (terms & conditions as per hotel policy).

- Valet parking is not included and is available as paid service
- 3 EV stations available at the Hotel parking area.
- Special supplement of AED 55 per adult (6 years and above) per day is applicable for breakfast in Hessa Street Kitchen (optional).
