The WellSpring School is a private school in Ras Al Khaimah. Founded in 2015, it follows the American curriculum from KG to Grade 12. Initially, it only offered classes until Grade 9. The learning system is based on American education standards.

Registration fee of AED 400, which is non-refundable and non-deductible has to be paid before the student enters the school. A confirmation payment of AED 2,000 must be made once the student satisfies the entrance requirements. The confirmation payment is deducted from the first term fee and will not be refunded unless parents notify the school’s accounts department regarding their intention of withdrawal by 1st August.
Tuition fee is determined annually. Applicants are notified regarding the tuition fee at the time of registration. The fee has to be paid through Skiply app or telegraphic transfer at the time of registration. Please note that the fee is not accepted in person and should be paid in full before a child starts attending the school. Transcripts, report cards and transfers are not issued to students who have outstanding balances.

Students are supervised throughout their lunch and break time. Healthy lunch is provided to students by PH7 catering. For ordering meals, parents are suggested to contact the reception. The school canteen’s menu includes freshly baked sandwiches, pizza and croissants.
The school offers bus service for an additional fee. Students must follow safety rules and remain seated throughout their journey. They should always have their seatbelts on and listen to the bus driver. Only snacks and water are allowed on the bus during the ride, but all trash must be properly disposed of before the bus departs. Students who fail to abide by the school bus rules may lose their bus-riding privileges.

The WellSpring School occasionally organises field trips to complement classroom teaching. Permission slips are sent home before the trip is finalised. Elementary students should wear a green polo and blue pants/skirts on the day of the field trip and Secondary section students must wear a blue polo and blue skirt/pants. An extra fee has to be paid for field trips.
The WellSpring RAK School has an after-school activities program for secondary students. This helps develop physical, social, and intellectual skills in students and improves their ability to work together as a team. After-school activities at the school include sports, Model United Nations and FRC Robotics.
Students with diarrhoea, spots, rashes, eye infections, vomiting, fever and head lice are sent back home.
The school contacts parents in the case of an emergency or severe illness or accident. If parents are unavailable, students are taken to an appropriate medical facility.
Students who have to leave school due to any illness must first visit The WellSpring School nurse. In such cases, students are given a pass from the nurse or divisional principal to leave the school premises before time.
PowerSchool is a useful app and parents portal. Parents are suggested to use PowerSchool platform for checking their child’s progress. Parents’ conferences are scheduled at the end of the first and third quarter exams.
