OVERVIEW

The Montessori Children’s Garden (TMCG) is a ISO and OHSAS certified nursery in Al Muntazah, Abu Dhabi. The nursery is also supported by Khalifa Fund and caters to children from the age of 2 months to 4 years. As the name suggests, it follows the Montessori Method of education and has well-trained teachers to support the beginning of the educational journey of students. TMCG is open for kids from 07:00 am till 05:00 pm.

The Montessori Children’s Garden Nursery, Abu Dhabi has a well-equipped campus with several indoor and outdoor facilities. A sleeping area is also present. The classrooms are beautifully arranged with carefully selected Montessori materials and furniture, all AMI-approved and crafted by Nienhuis and Gonzagarredi. The outdoor play area offers space for exploration, while the gardening patch allows children to connect with nature.

The Montessori Children's Garden Curriculum

The nursery is licensed to use the Montessori National Curriculum (MNC) by the Montessori Australia Foundation (MAF). This programme has been recognised as a National Curriculum Framework alternative in Australia since 2011.

The Montessori curriculum is different from traditional teaching methods. It ensures child-directed learning where they become active participants and learn through exploration and discovery.

ADMISSION AND FEES

How to Apply to The Montessori Children's Garden?

Parents can easily register their children by visiting the school’s website and downloading the registration form. Once the form is properly filled out, parents can submit it and make payment at the nursery.

Fee Structure at The Montessori Children's Garden

The Montessori Children's Garden fees are accepted through cash, bank card, cheque and online payment. The fee has to be paid before the start of each term. The first invoice includes the administration fee and tuition fee. The Montessori Children’s Garden gives a 10% discount on tuition fees for second child onwards. Extra-Curricular Activities at The Montessori Children's Garden

Kids aged 2.5 years and above can participate in weekly ballet sessions while a football coach is available for kids aged 2 years and more. The nursery also celebrates different cultural events throughout the year.

Childcare Options

The nursery is open Monday to Friday. Parents can choose flexible days and time slots to suit their needs. Available time slots are 07:00 am to 01:00 pm, 02:00 pm, 03:00 pm, 04:00 pm and 05:00 pm. The After-care program runs from 01:00 pm to 05:00 pm.

Health and Safety Measures

The nursery has CCTV monitoring system and vigilant security staff to ensure the safety of kids. Students receive first-aid treatment in case of emergency.

Mode of Communication with Parents

The primary tool for communicating is the Educore mobile application. The nursery sends daily reports about the child's lunch and sleeping schedule through the app. The Montessori Children's Nursery calls the parents for urgent matters. The parents can also speak directly with the nursery manager for any concerns.
