How to Apply to The Elite English School?

The The Elite English School admission procedure is straightforward. Those interested in enrolling their kids in this school need to fill out an online application form.

After receiving the application, the school contacts the parents to bring their child for an assessment. For admission in KG1, the principal conducts a pre-admission interview. The candidate’s verbal and non-verbal skills are thoroughly analysed, and the outcome is discussed with parents in detail. This allows the school to develop a proper education plan for that child. DOCUMENTS AND ATTESTATION

Parents need to pay the deposit and the following documents to secure a seat for their child:

  • The child’s passport copy with a valid UAE residence visa (two copies)
  • Valid Emirates ID of the child (two copies)
  • A copy of the Birth certificate of the child (attested by the Consulate General of India in Dubai, if born outside UAE or GCC countries)
  • Transfer certificate in Arabic (three copies)
  • Previous academic record (two copies)
  • Recent passport-size or stamp-sized photograph of the child (seven photos with name and class written in block letters on the back)

If the child has no passport, submit copies of the parents’ passport where the child’s name is mentioned.

ADMISSION IN GRADE 2 TO GRADE 9

Those coming from the schools in the UAE must submit the following documents:

  • The child’s passport copy with a valid UAE residence visa (one copy)
  • Previous academic record (one copy)
  • Recent passport-size or stamp-sized photograph of the child (seven photos with name and class written in block letters on the back)
  • Transfer or school leaving certificate (original)

In absence of the child’s passport, parents can submit copies of the pages of their passport where the child’s name is endorsed. Also, the gap between the date of leaving the school and the date of joining this school should not be over two weeks. Those coming from schools other than Dubai must get their transfer certificate attested by the Educational Board of that Emirate.

Those coming from other Gulf countries must submit the following documents:

  • The child’s passport copy with a valid UAE residence visa (two copies)
  • Valid Emirates ID of the child (two copies)
  • Recent passport-size or stamp-sized photograph of the child (seven photos with name and class written in block letters on the back)
  • Previous academic record (two copies)
  • Transfer or school leaving certificate (original)

Please note that the transfer certificate must be in English and have the grades mentioned clearly in figures and words instead of Roman figures. Attestation of the transfer certificate is required from the following authorities:

  • UAE Embassy in the country of the previous school
  • Ministry of Education of the country of the previous school
  • Ministry of Education in the UAE

The gap between the date of leaving the previous school and joining this school should not exceed over one month.

Those coming from India must submit the following documents:

  • The child’s passport copy with a valid UAE residence visa (two copies)
  • Valid Emirates ID of the child (two copies)
  • Previous academic record (two copies)
  • Recent passport-size or stamp-sized photograph of the child (seven photos with name and class written in block letters on the back)
  • Transfer or school leaving certificate (original)
