Mode of Communication between Teachers and Parents

Muwaileh Indian Sharjah Ambassador School firmly believes in the importance of the support of parents. In previous years, the school has thrived on feedback from parents as it led to better performance. To formalise the association with parents and give them due credit, the school founded the Parents of Ambassador Learning System (PALS).

Parents and the members of the school attend a pre-scheduled meeting where they discuss ways to achieve educational excellence and help create a conducive learning environment for children.

Acting as a bridge between the parent community and the school management, PALS is actively engaged in improving the school administration, infrastructure, academics and the new initiatives taken by the school.

The main areas of focus include:

  • Collaborating with school and parents to organise school events
  • Raise funds for the school to improve infrastructure, provide training for teachers and extend academic support to students.
  • Preparing a database of volunteer parents who want to help with school events and PTA meetings.
  • Act as a moderator between the parent community and the school management when it comes to a difference in opinion or issues raised by the former party.
