Little Diamond Nursery

Little Diamond Nursery is an early years educational institute in Dubai which enrols kids aged 45 days to 5 years. Established in 2018, the nursery has five branches across the city. It follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Little Diamond Nursery currently has five campuses in Dubai and is planning to open one in Arjan. All these have spacious and bright classrooms with modern equipment. The campuses include indoor and outdoor play areas and sleeping rooms.

Little Diamond Nursery has a team of qualified teachers to offer the best care to the students. Furthermore, the EYFS curriculum allows kids to learn via fun and play.

The nursery has the following age groups:

The EYFS curriculum at Little Diamond Nursery Dubai is focused on these key areas:

• Personal, Social and Emotional Development

For online applications, parents can download and fill out the registration form. The following documents will be required at the time of admission:

• Colour copy of the child and parents’ current and valid passport
• Colour copy of the child and parents’ current and valid UAE residence visa
• One copy of the child’s birth certificate (in English or Arabic)
• One copy of the child’s Emirates identification card
• Four passport-size photographs (colour) of the student
• Latest copy of the student’s Medical Immunisation Record
• Completed and signed copy of the Clinic and Consent forms
• Signed copy of the Declaration (Terms & Conditions)

Note: Admission will be confirmed only after receipt of the above documentation and registration fee payment.

The original Emirates ID of the child and the parent will be needed for registration into the Student Information System as required by MOE.

Afterwards, the nursery manager interviews the parents to assess:

• Whether the child has a nanny or had one in the past.
• Whether the child has siblings attending the nursery.
• Whether the child’s home is near the nursery and transportation would not be an issue.
• Whether the child is attending a nursery (A report from the current nursery may be requested).
• Whether the child has recently relocated to the area.

After the interview, the management will finalise the admission.

Little Diamond Nursery has a clinic with a full-time DHA-licenced nurse. Health records of the students are maintained. Furthermore, the campuses are secured via CCTV monitoring.

The nursery arranges regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss the progress made by children. Regular updates are posted on social platforms.
