House of Colours Nursery

House of Colours Nursery is an early education centre, which offers a nurturing environment for children aged 45 days to 4 years. Following the playway method of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, the nursery includes subjects like Arabic, Islamic Studies and French.

House of Colours Nursery boasts a kid-friendly campus to encourage exploration and foster early learning. It includes spacious classrooms, a dedicated play area and learning spaces for students of different ages.

House of Colours Nursery is based on 10th Street in Falaj Hazza, Al Ain.

House of Colour Nursery, Al Ain, is one of the first nurseries to offer a unique blend of activities, including Robotics and Mental Math, sensory play and pottery club. The nursery encourages children to develop independence and problem-solving skills by mediating conflicts and promoting effective communication.

Following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, House of Colours Nursery, Falaj Hazza, Al Ain, helps children develop in various areas. Its curriculum is built upon four important themes:

The nursery also focuses on the "characteristics of effective learning" that include play, exploration, active learning and critical thinking.

Parents must meet with the principal before admission. Registration is open throughout the year, and admissions are based on the ADEK calendar stages:

• Stage 1: September to December
• Stage 2: January to March
• Stage 3: April to June

Students are registered based on age groups. Admissions are subject to space availability and a 3-day student interaction period. These documents have to be submitted:

• Registration form
• Medical form
• Media consent form
• Copy of child’s birth certificate
• Copy of child’s immunisation records
• Copy of child’s medical insurance card
• Copy of child’s and parents' Emirates ID and passport with valid visa
• 4 copies of passport-sized photographs

The registration fee of AED 600 is non-refundable, with a 50% discount for Emirati students. The nursery also offers a sibling discount of 5% on tuition fees for the second child onwards. House of Colour Nursery fees can be paid online.

Kids can explore various extra-curricular activities related to art, music and reading at the nursery. HOC Nursery also organises various events for students.

House of Colours Nursery offers extended hours and daycare services up to 04:45 p.m.
