The academic year at Glendale International School starts in the last week of August and ends in the second week of July. There are three terms in an academic calendar, with important dates as follows:

• The first term starts in the last week of August and ends in the first week of December. This is followed by a winter break until the last week of December.

• A non-refundable re-registration fee of AED 1,500 is required for continuing students, which is deductible from the tuition fee.
