As per the KHDA (Ministry of Education) instructions, parents are to provide the following documents when applying for admission. In case of unavailability of such documents, entry of your child into any school in UAE may be refused.
Please note that WSO requires an admission fee of AED 525 for processing applications. The application can be rejected if parents do not provide the documents stated above to the school.
Students must produce a Transfer Certificate from their previous school as required by the Ministry of Education Law. Failure to provide a transfer certificate will allow the school to withdraw the placement offer. Parents are advised to discuss the requirements of their child’s transfer certificate with the school registrar aligned with the child’s country of origin and his or her last school.

School transportation at GEMS Wellington Academy is managed by School Transport Services LLC (STS). The transport service is trusted by many schools and parents alike and the safety of students is their top priority.
Since STS does not service all areas, they cannot guarantee all bus routes requested. Similarly, the drop-off is not available for students who engage in after-school hours in the form of esports activities or squad training sessions.
The transport fee is charged for 10 months divided into three terms. Bus fees will have to be paid in full amount at the start of each term. It is advised to pay the amount by the fifth of the month at the start of each term otherwise the transport services will be suspended.
