Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is a governmental entity tasked with ensuring the quality of education private educational institutions offer. Parents can register their kids online through the application form. The school will respond via email. Once you get the email, you can submit the following documents to the registrar:

• A copy of enquiry acknowledgement (received after completion of step 1)
• A copy of the applicant’s Emirates ID card
• Three copies of the applicant’s birth certificate
• Five recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant (white background)

GEMS NMS offers school transportation facilities. They have collaborated with School Transportation Service (STS) LLC, a renowned transport service provider for schools in the UAE. Currently, they offer their services to 66 schools in the UAE with the highest quality of service and security.

The only boarding facility GEMS NMS offers is a day boarding and after-school care programme for developing extra-curricular skills. Program for Appreciation and Cultivation of Talent (PACT) is the name for an extended day boarding facility.
