The third (youngest) sibling gets a 10% discount on admission to any of the schools operating under the Taleem Foundation.
The one-time application fee (non-refundable) is AED 525, including 5% VAT. Also, new students have to pay a registration fee of AED 4,000 in the first term. A re-registration fee of AED 2,000 applies to students that return to the school or apply for readmission.
Dubai British School fees can be paid via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
The school has hired caterers to provide hot meals and drinks to students. DBSJP has strict rules for the food available in the school canteen. The meals must be healthy with maximum nutritional value. It prohibits junk food except for special occasions such as birthdays and school events.
Also, the menu is made available to parents well in advance through the canteen display and the school portal. Similarly, lunch boxes provided by parents are monitored daily by the staff to discourage the consumption of unhealthy foods.
Taleem Foundation and Dubai British School have outsourced school transport to Arab Falcon Bus Rental LLC. Buses provided by this company are well-maintained and adhere to all safety standards and guidelines outlined by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Additionally, each bus has a nanny to look after the children during the commute.
