American Gulf School's Primary School program caters to learners aged 6 to 11, combining six academic subjects - Arts, Science, Mathematics, Social Studies (including UAE), Language, Physical, Social and Personal Education. Classrooms are organised to facilitate free movement, with areas dedicated to reading, writing, art, construction, imaginative play, science, and mathematics.
The Middle School at American Gulf School aims to develop critical and reflective thinking skills. The curriculum is cross-curricular and emphasises the IB Middle Years Program (MYP). This program encourages practical connections between studies and the real world, allowing learners in Grades 9 and 10 to choose courses from six subject groups.
