The issue with most other types of Heimat apartments is that they face other buildings. The brochures mention views of the Burj Khalifa, but in reality, these are often blocked by nearby structures.
The 50th floor will be located above Act One / Act Two Towers and will have a full view of the Burj Khalifa .
The unit will have a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, allowing you to rent it out to tourists at higher rates. It's hard to let it go, but I must :)
