Only Suites are equipped with Microwave, fridge, kettle,
toaster and plates and utensils.
Parking policy:
A parking fee of AED 250
per month for 1 slot is additional on top of the rate.
The guest will receive an access to the underground
parking located at Basement 3 and Basement 4 having a dedicated car park slot
with the guest car plate number.
The exclusive car park access is available during
the contracted period only.
Valet parking service will be payable as per the
applicable charges upon request.
Terms and Conditions:
Yearly payments are to be arranged in 4 installments with
post-dated cheques (PDC)
Monthly payments are nonrefundable and must be made
before check-in
A mandatory 5% security deposit is required, refundable
upon departure pending settlement of all charges and any damages in full.
Payment can be done through cash, card, and bank
transfer.
The hotel shall apply additional 2.5% of the total
contracted amount if the guest wish to pay by credit card.
AED 500 for Rooms and AED 1000 for Suites to be paid
03 days prior to arrival date in order to guarantee the booking
Early Termination: If a yearly booking contract is
terminated before the agreed check-out date, a penalty equivalent to two
months' fees will apply. For monthly bookings, payments are non-refundable if
the contract is terminated before the agreed check out date.
