Independent Stay: Please note that we operate independently, and the building reception is not affiliated with our team.
Luggage Storing: We regret to say that we don't have this service available. We kindly ask that guests refrain from dropping off luggage either in the apartment or at the reception. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Check-in Process: Prior to arrival, we kindly ask guest to share passport copies of inhouse guests and estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, we kindly ask guests to fill out a check-in form to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Check-in and Check-out Timings: Our standard check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these timings.
Key and Card Return: Kindly return keys, building access cards, and parking card upon check-out to avoid any additional charges for lost items.
Cleaning Services: We offer cleaning services upon request with 24 hours' notice and at additional charge, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about tidying up.
