Burj Azizi

Burj Azizi is an upcoming skyscraper set to rise 725 meters tall on a prime site along Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). Once completed, the 131+ storey marvel will be the second tallest building in the world. The off-plan project by Azizi Developments will house a unique all-suite 7-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, alongside an array of residences, including apartments, luxurious penthouses and holiday homes.

Amenities in the project will include swimming pools, saunas, wellness centres, cinemas, gyms, resident lounges, a children’s play area and more. Complemented by a range of premium dining options, Burj Azizi promises to set new benchmarks for opulence and innovation.
