The community is located roughly five-minutes drive from the Al Maktoum International Airport.
The boulevard and community as a whole will be themed for each season, holiday and festivity.
The community features an opera house, designed with both indoor and outdoor spaces. A floating stage allows for performances to be held in the round, and the opera house plaza is integrated with a water feature and dancing fountain. The building will also host curated arts, music, and events programs.
The community sits on the proposed metro Blue Line, and the artist renders depict a station, although there are no imminent plans for construction of the metro line.
Azizi Venice includes a variety of property types, including villas and mansions (305 units), apartments (90+ buildings) and hospitality (575 keys).
The water area spans 400,000 square meters (4.3 million square feet).
Azizi intends to have direct control over all aspects of construction to maintain pace, a first in their approach to building communities.
The residences offer waterfront views, including lagoon views from waterfront mansions or luxury apartments.
