Property Details:
This 118-sqm apartment is located on the 34th floor with an elevator. There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.  

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. There is air conditioning. Free complimentary amenities on site: Outdoor heated pool, Gym, Private beach, Kids playground, Kids pool, 24/7 Security desk, Parking.

Both bedrooms are street facing and are furnished with king size beds. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat features one full bathroom en-suite to the first bedroom, equipped with a shower/bathtub, toilet, and sink. There is also a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway, which includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, a half bathroom is accessible through the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.  

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.  

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.   
- Final cleaning fee: 300AED 
- Linens and towel fee: 300AED
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 2000AED is required before arrival

- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age.  The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.  Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.  
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
