• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access to the building.
• The security deposit (AED 2,500) must be paid before accessing the property.
Cleaning & housekeeping
• The Cleaning Fee applies to the post-check-out cleaning only.
• If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.
• If you require the sofa bed to be made up, please notify us no later than 48 hours before check-in. If the request is made after this time, we cannot guarantee sofa bed setup, the linens and towels will be provided on time.
