The community houses a Village Centre, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique restaurants and fast-food outlets.  

This holiday home is a comfortably furnished, modern 1 bedroom apartment, fully fitted for your ease and requirements.   The apartment features an open-plan Living, Dining & Kitchen Area, which is fully equipped with all cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The bedroom fits a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.   

• Bed linen and towels are provided.  
• Additional Z-bed available on request at AED150 per night upto 6 night stay.
• If staying longer than 6 nights, the fee is AED100 per night.
• Baby Cot is free of charge (subject to availability)

Our rate also includes once weekly cleaning with bed linen change / utility bills / TV channels / internet connection / 1 covered allocated car park space / access to shared pool and gym.
