This flat is located in JLT cluster E
It is 2 minutes walk from DMCC metro station
The area offers plenty of restaurants. Nice walking area around the lake. It is quiet, if compared to Marina. And easily accessible by car without much traffic
Only 7 minutes walk to the Marina walk, 10 minutes to Marina Mall and 15 minutes to JBR beach.
This flat is located nearby JLT Office towers, convenient for business travelers.
Nice Urban view, noise from the road is not really heard.
The apartment is cozy, I furnished it keeping in mind more of a long-stay guests. The bath is updated, check out the pictures.
I tried to keep in mind details that i would personally need in my stay (like water dispenser, work desk, black-out curtains, big mirror)
In the bedroom you have a large build-in wardrobe, a full-height mirror, and black-out curtains. The bed is queen size
Living room has three zones in it
- First you have the kitchen, with microwave, kettle, fridge, utensils. Most importantly, at least for me, a water dispenser, because in this city you need to drink a lot.
- Then there goes the second zone, the chill zone. With 3 layers of lighting, a sofa and a TV.
- And the coziest part near the window is reserved for home office with desk and additional sofa. The curtains here are sheer for additional coziness.
The configuration of the windows are so, that the sunlight enters on the angle. There are no hours when the light heats you directly.
And even with this, the flat is really bright and airy.
If you are staying for more then three days and do need some sort of additional kitchenware or something - just let me know, it is organised easily.
I do my best to make the check in in person, to answer questions and show you around. If Im not available, an auto check-in is possible at any time
As everywhere in Dubai, the building has it's own GYM and pool. The access is granted, free.
Pool is not too small, the view is 4 out of 5, plenty of area around.
Also a step from the tower is community childrens playing ground.
